As Vice-President-(HR) at Policy Boss, he steered Pan India HR operations with commendable finesse, ultimately culminating in his role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) overseeing HR operations nationwide for Karma Group.Presently he is into Consulting, Coaching, Training as a Chief Consultant.
